Was this done "unfairly" based on the definition of the word? Equal opportunity for everyone to do what he did.
Was this done "dishonestly" based on the definition of the word? I suppose any investigation into having "fraudulent" or "alt" accounts to summon raids for yourself was found to be untrue, so no.
Then it seems that by definition there was no "cheating." Furthermore it seems that the only way "guild hopping" is by definition "cheating" is when you use fraudulent accounts to summon the raids your hopping in to. But with enough connections you don't need such fraudulence to succeed at "guild hopping."
"Guild hopping" is not cheating.
They'll wish it was cheating when everyone is g10-11 next month and not blowing all their cash on shipment gears haha
