I will give a simple solution like that of Vader. If the devs think guild hoping was an oversight in game design but no loophole, so people doing that cant be banned. - I agree.

But, so that the large player base in arena are not affected because of this design flaw, I propose fix Han's power to 5* for the time being, till the time comes when players playing fairly, in a single guild, getting #1 every T7 raid could make him 7*.
