and yes adding a timer to guild rewards of 24 or 36 hours on joining a guild2would prevent guild hopping as we see it without hindering peoples ability to leave or join. Thats not to say they couldnt contribute to the guild coins or raid in progress. just not recieve rewards in that initial time period. simple fix. problem solved.
