Wouldn't an easy solution be as simple as only allowing people to participate in a raid if they were a member of the guild at the beggining of the raid?

So if you join a guild with a raid in progress, you can not fight in it or reap rewards from it. You would have to wait for the next one to start.
Seems like it would take away the benefits of guild hopping.
