Tin foil hat time. People probably would have reported this activity by noticing some people at the top of their arena shard in a very active guild were constantly switching guilds. But it's awfully hard to tell some guild names apart... Getting gear faster by exploiting the broken system than someone who is working within the system as intended by the devs is cheating and anyone caught doing it should be banned.
I know what the exploit INRAJ is referring to and this is 100% wrong. It wouldn't even make sense because the system is set up to do multiple raids back to back for scheduling purposes. It involves guild hopping, but it has nothing to do with making an alt guild where 50 members can participate in an extra raid and collectively participate to earn another reward. That qualifies as putting in the work - the bannable offense is much more obvious and and would have to be done intentionally with a large group.
