Alternative accounts are okay as long as there is no way these can be "connected", in terms of earnings and rewards, in any way.
This. If giving gear, credits, shards and crystals from your alt account to your regular account isn't allowed, why should transferring guild coins be allowed, even if it's laundered through a couple of guilds?
