It's sad that John Salera won't come and address the concerns of the community when there are several hot topics here, that the community can't get answers on. Guild hopping just being one of them. I'm not sure what he has going on that has caused him to simply disappear from the forums. May be time to email Samantha Ryan, the EVP of mobile platforms to make her aware that this lack of communication, has the potential to negatively impact such a good source of revenue.
Honestly, my opinion on whether guild hopping or pre-crafting are "ok" are irrelevant. The community does deserve a message from the executive producer on these issues. Even if the answer is, pre crafting worked as we intended, and we plan on making no changes, or guild hopping is a subject we will look into further as it can cause odd effects on monitization of gear, etc.,
I don't have any answers, but that seems to be the issue, no one does. These concerns are widespread enough, they probably warrant an official statement from John.
