Well, I wondered why this subject was closed, because it's a bad problem. If a system error, then why leader and officers? Why remove all but them? Then, maybe it did the one who can remove members, but was unable to remove the leader and officers. Imo. Then, who can't remove the leader and officers? I mean authority.
