Guild members raiding early
Hi all What does your guild do to those guild members that raid early? Is there any point giving them chance after chance, or best to get rid for the sake of harmony amongst the rest of the guil...

Even a little hit is still a big problem. Let's say Someone does 2k during the zero damage period then clears during ffa when it's far he has done 2k more than someone that followed the rules and only posted a clear during far which means that they lock in a higher finishing rank.
