Guild members raiding early
Hi all What does your guild do to those guild members that raid early? Is there any point giving them chance after chance, or best to get rid for the sake of harmony amongst the rest of the guil...

If communication is a problem first you need a concerted effort to improve that. Require they get in discord or Line, use guild leader messages, etc. If after a few days someone is still out, boot. Then you can communicate a lot better to those who may not know.
As for recruiting, the in-game mechanism to join is useful, and follow the same strategy as above if you find someone who wants to join and you let them in. Try to get them in discord. If after a couple days they dont, boot. We've found at least 5-6 good members through the in-game joining interface. It's actually been much more reliable than posting on the forums.
