I was wondering if it's possible to have more mod options. Someone who breaks damage limit could be barred from participating I'm the next raid? CG doesn't want officers limiting ppl playing, ie barring them from a raid.
Your only option is making examples of ppl and eventually ppl fall in line. You can reach out and explain why going over the damage limit hurts the guild, and hopefully they respond kindly.
Issue is half of the people don't read the chat and don't pay attention they're only in the guild for its rewards.
