Guild Store Chars

Is there a list anywhere of all the chars that rotate through the guild store? Also, are there any suggestions for which chars to farm first from the guild store for a new player? I know maul rotates through and I already have him 4* so I was going to start with him and Rey, but I wasn't sure. I run a low-level phoenix team right now.
