Absolutely not. I don't have CLS or Resistance. NS make it easy as well, but after the 5th battle I stopped using them and still completed it with a poorly moded Jedi team. A gear 12 Mob Enforcer could have made it easy. Any gear 12 characters make it easy, because there's no gear 12 opponents, and hardly any gear 11. It's just easy no matter who you use.
