HAAT after topple doesn't trigger?(P4)?
Is this normal? Sometimes the animation(the commander makes the animation to attack) but no ship drops bombs/bombardment nor B2 units spawn.

It’s been that way from the beginning. My experience seems to be that it happens after somebody dies, but I haven’t studied it carefully.
