HAAT P3 without Thrawn. Could a RJT team work without him?

Sorry for all the incoming mistakes, I'm french and try to type in english...
I'll need some advice to found a good and performing team in HAAT raid P3 (and P4). Like many of us...
I saw a lot of videos of teams with RJT or Ackbar in lead but there is always Thrawn... I don't have it at all, my phoenix are not ready neither so I've to forget it.
I would like to know if there is a way to replace him with another toon.
Actually I'm runnning:
(L)zzRJT/G12 - CLS/G12 -zzR2/G12 - zBB8/G12 - RTrooper/G11
all speed around 220-240
Sometimes I switch CLS to put zFin/G11 or Rey/G11 to have a full resistance team but I would like to build a new team with zAsajj/G11 that I just level up for her amazing damage.
The other option is to run 2 full resistances team, one in P2 and one in P4, but I really want to score on the P3.
is this kind of team a good idea:
(L)zzRJT/G12 - CLS/G12 -zAsajj/G11 - zBB8/G12 - zzR2/G12
Big Question is: Do you think it still "viable" without the fracture and the protection from Thrawn in P3? or is it absolutely necessary for P3
