It's 50% of why he works on the Wampanader team. Other reason is his "Furious Foe" stacking offense.
He basically double stacks offense each phase because the DoTs reapply from Vader's zeta.
Not to mention it's why he DOESN'T work as well on an ABC team. He's the only one inflicting DoTs and they don't stack without Vader. He'll inflict one for two turns, then it's gone, then he inflicts another, etc etc.
