Update: After days of waiting, I just got this email from customer service about my report

I will discuss the concern with my supervisor about the action which can be taken against this player.
We will investigate this report and take action in accordance with our Terms of Service. Due to our Privacy Policy, we will be unable to disclose the results of this investigation, or any actions taken against the reported account.
