Has anyone had their LSB screwup fixed?

I'm currently chatting in-game with cs to get the shards from Dr. Aphra lsb instead of the crystals it gave me and was wondering if anyone has had this corrected yet.

    No. I purchased Jabba, Tusken and Jawa bundles. I received the Jabba bundle, but it has taken payment twice. I have been on the web chat and one says I have received the Tuskens (I haven’t) and they said for the Jawa I got crystals. I’ve replied again and waiting. Just feel like I’m going around in circles. Not great customer service.

    I'm on to my 4th CS rep  , now the mobile game division(?). If he doesn't fix it, I'm filing dispute with PayPal and getting my money back. CG/EA is bordering on wire fraud if they try to claim crystals were fine for transaction.

  • At that price dont be an idiot. God people rsally do want CG/EA to rip the **bleep** out of us. Good luck.

    I’ve had multiple chats with different agents who don’t bother to read the conversation logs and ignore information. I believe this is being done deliberately to draw out time. I have had one agent say they have transferred my case for further investigation.

    I got the Jabba bundle first. It said transaction failed, so I tried again. It’s been taken out twice. Then bought the Jawa and Tusken bundle. I got crystals instead of the characters. I’ve provided the “view online” receipt from the email and screenshots showing no changes and still no resolution.

  • Not yet. What really gets me is that no developer has communicated anything yet to us. I have been through two reps myself, both saying I received the bundle I purchased but clearly I did not. 

    I would at least be a bit content if someone from CG would at least say "we are aware of this issue and looking in to it." But no one can even be bothered to make a simple statement like that. Terrible, terrible customer support. They have people not receiving what they paid for and that is illegal (theft). 

  • In any other business, there are regulations etc, i think its terrible that people dont get what they ordered. Hope its sorted.
