Not yet. What really gets me is that no developer has communicated anything yet to us. I have been through two reps myself, both saying I received the bundle I purchased but clearly I did not.
I would at least be a bit content if someone from CG would at least say "we are aware of this issue and looking in to it." But no one can even be bothered to make a simple statement like that. Terrible, terrible customer support. They have people not receiving what they paid for and that is illegal (theft).
