Just noticing an ever increasing number of threads for things going wrong in game and there seems to be zero interaction from Forum moderators or members of EA staff. In fact the only person I have seen make a thread is Meathead and that thread ignored a large number of issues currently plagueing the game.
I am getting serious LoTR:HOME vibes just now - hopefully I am wrong.
Tbh they never were interactive until it seemed an insult was aimed at them, then you received a ban. I remember arguing with one that buying stuff at odds....wssnt gambling. Heyho some Euro nations now ban these same odds at items you dont even own.
Anyway, i still feel its a hard ask to keep on top of some of the crazies who appear, so yeah needs some ownership.
What i dont like is (yes i use it), having to be in a discord page to understand whats going on (wait till age id kicks in with discord). There needs to be a real, live ingame updating service that isnt limited to double drops the day before or kit reveals.
I started a thread about the crash when claiming coliseum rewards someone seems to have merged it into a bug report so mods are round
EA/CG moderators and support suck something fierce.
The EA forums are horrible. CG used to have a better platform, but EA forced them here. There was more engagement from Salacious and Carrie on the old forums. Here we appear to be self help, players “helping”players, with little to no engagement. Every now and then I see Alejo from CG pop on a thread. Gunner is our only real link to the games and that guy works his tail off on bug reports. Meathead posts occasionally, but does advocate for the players when he does post.
