Health vs Defence mods? Which makes you more survivable?

I want to mod out my ST Han but i dont have access to speed mods so it either Health or Defence mod farming. What are the diferences between the two and which makes you more survivabe? Also what impor...

Health with Protection is the best option for getting them high. Look for good secondary stats like Damage and Tempo,too.
