Help Missing next level bundle of zaalbar and Mission Vao

I need help for some Dev here i buy 2 days ago this bundle right and the bundle said after i buy this one the next level offers supposed show up but not almost 2 day trying to reach to help in game but they no foond the bug what happen i have proof when i buy the bundle
i can get the next bundle please i need someone help me out
