Zaalbar stink without mission?

He's a scoundrel and a good tank who self heals and inflict Armor Shred. I've used him in scoundrel teams in TW/GA without Mission and he worked great.

Qi'ra/L3/Vandor/Zaalbar/Nest is a notoriously obnoxious team to beat. You could also sub out Nest for Mission there, but Zaalbar can perform just fine without her.
