I am having this issue too. I made my account when I was a kid and I was on my mom's phone. Well when I got my first ohine, it was an android so I was able to use google play to link my account and still use it. I've just switched to iPhone, and EA help has told me that it is impossible to switch between apple IDs. This is absurd to me, I genuinely don't understand how that's not possible. Maybe it's something I can reach out to apple support about, but it's definitely frustrating.
