Is there a way to stop STH from giving TM to all of his team. I am struggling with teams that use him with Wiggs and Lando and they already have fast Mods. I am going to have Zader soon (probably have...

You can use TFP to outspeed him and target him with his basic. He'll get ability blocked. By then you have a 1 turn advantage. The problem with that is you will make his biggs attack instantly after.
