Helping Guilds with Raids Logistics

So what's the logistics with helping other guilds with their Raids? Meaning, does it affect your Raid rewards abilities for the week? Our guild was asked if we can do some charity work for another gui...

Sunday - Sunday is the personal lock out on amount of raids allowed. Each Sunday=Sunday, you can do 4 rancor, 3 tank

Of course someone from a guild that guild hops and gets GK in a couple of weeks would know, wouldn't they?
