Because Kanan's self heal is based off of having debuffs landed, the way Phoenix worked was you have to let kanan get debuffed, then use Hera to cleanse him, allowing him to do his team cleanse which typically jump starts the phoenix tm gain and ability to push forward. Hera getting a dispel with her zeta that only works on phoenix allies is now useless because you cannot even target those allies for the cooldown reduction or anything.
I agree. This really removes any prior viability I had with them in that event. It's a shame she is put into a box like this for a zeta that wasn't over powered to begin with.
