Heroes purchased in Shipments menu not showing up in characters panel

I recently purchased a hero from the Shipments menu on IOS. The hero never showed in my hero inventory even after a couple game restarts. Also note that I purchased this character over 8 hours ago....

I purchased Consolo storm trooper shards and they didn't show up...??? First time that's ever happened to me. I do love the game though. Very much so...
