LSB Disappeared in store

Anyone had this issue?

I tried to purchase the Boba SOJ LSB yesterday, it placed 3 times and the order was processing, it later failed but now the bundle doesn’t appear in store. I was never charged nor did I ever receive the bundle but the bundle doesn’t appear in store and will not let me receive the bundle as a gift. I’ve reached out to ea help and they’ve all blown it off and even told me the bundle isn’t even supposed to be in the store.
