Heroic or Normal Rewards

Based on the rewards (excluding GK obviously) is it better to run Normal Heroic and be 1st-3rd every time or run Heroic in any other position? I feel like the gear rewards are basically the same on bo...

Bit underwhelmed by the heroic rewards apart from the GK shards. The correct salvage pieces rarely drop. My alt runs normal and the rewards seem similar.

I am yet to craft a piece of the AAT raid gear. Either a full piece has dropped in the raid or i have saved up crystals and bought them from the shipment store
