Heroic ready

So my guild can complete t6 of the sith raid in four days. Are we to the point where we should try the heroic lvl? How high does a guilds GP have to be?

We did one attempt on heroic a little while back and I think I did 13% in P1.

Where can I get shards of Geonosian Spy? I see SunFac listed in Ships Arena Shipments, Poggle in Galactic War and Brood Alpha in Catina Energy, but I can’t find Spy? It it currently available??
