he can apply speed down+defense down with a crit on his special, gets 50% (40% from skill+10% from wedge) tm on crits + DoT with his basic and he could survive more than phasma thanks to wedge's lead
this way speed down could be on the entire encounter instead of a part of it until phasma dies... :'(

Yeah I have seen good damages with Luke in normal mode, maybe in heroic mode also works well, I have been farming Luke to check it, now is 7 stars but without gears, now I prefer Lumi instead of Phasma, but maybe with Luke works better thanks to the speed down.
