Hide me, close me, tie me to an archive

Having one thread that ppl can check to see if a fix has happened is helpful. Keep it all in one place and we can quickly see if others are still experiencing the issue.
Checking a dozen threads in technical and bugs in the hope that one of them has a useful reply is dispiriting.
Saying that these threads aren't being hidden as you hide another one (or close it to stop it being at the top) isn't honest.
Calling it a 'possible' server issue makes it sound like you don't believe us.
Not being able to log in isn't the end of the world, but it is frustrating, and your modding has made it much more frustrating.
Thanks for your time.

That would be over in answers HQ since that is the system for collecting bug reports. Kyno even included the link to the bug thread in the pinned discussion.

well actually, there is a pinned PSA announcing that there are possible login issues so we really don't need 20 new threads saying there is a login issue (it doesn't help anyone to see more threads saying the same thing as an announcement)
  • I agree, we don't need 20 new threads, we need one thread that isn't closed or archived, that ppl can post on.
  • Yes if just one thread stayed open new ones would stop, saves everyone hassle even them.

Sure, mention it that people need to post on answers.ea, but we still need an ongoing thread in main forums until it is fixed

the problem is they dont post a stickie or a general message, instead kyno immediately closes, archiives(hides) any issues and links answerHQ which has to this day never once responded or fixed an issue i posted great details ion there (full vidies, screenshots) i am chatting with dozens of ppl who cannot log in right now. we all posted in asnwerHQ, buut nothing has been done or addressed. most of those who cannot log in came to the forums where we have been directed for past 2 years to see if others have the same issue and see NOTHING. no sticky, no 'we are aware and looking into it' no single thread that shows the extent of all those who cannot log in. since kyno directs us to a general report area it is akin to telling a person in an er waiting room who has been shot in the heart to take a number, fill out the paperwork and wait for someone to get back to them..... and the problem is NONE of the times i have followed their system have i EVER gotten a response from answerHQ and NONE of the issues have been addressed or fixed. instead they get flagged as 'solved' after a few weeks and ignroed. if kyno was a responsible mod he would at least make a closed post/sticky to say 'hey guys, i am seeing dozens or hundreds of posts saying ppl cannot log in, we are aware, we have alerted the proper people and will resolve this asap" but no, instead it gets hidden, buried and unresolved because answerHQ does not respond promptly, if ever. take a look at all the login issue posts he has closed/archived just this morning on ppl wh cannot log in:

  • Bugs are to be reported on EA Answers. EA_Mindtricks acknowledged the issue already and devs are investigating the cause. Here is the thread coving this issue. https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/Game-crashes-on-Android-OS-7-1-1-or-lower-after-04-12-2019/td-p/8506236

The link is also in the announced thread pinned by Kyno - https://forums.galaxy-of-heroes.starwars.ea.com/discussion/220302/psa-possible-log-in-issues-updated#latest
