Holotables

Please update the holotables so that the LS/DS battles are back where they used to be. And also make our full rosters the first tab under Collection, instead of Era Units.

it’s already been stated that the Era battles are not meant to take a lot of time in game. This is true. We do a couple of quick runs and its over. So having this game mode be front and center, every single time you login and try to do your normal battles is rather pointless and only highlights the shortcomings of coliseum. If it was an aside that we just click over to when we wanted, or if it was under Events, where it probably really belong, then it would be much less of a focus and allow us to play the game the way we have for years.

Forcing users over extra hurdles for no reason is not great design. You could put eras in the old cantina table and put cantina as a center click in the LS/DS map, if its that important to give coliseum its own table. But making content that users have little to no interaction with as the center of focus in the game is going to have a negative effect over time. You are burying the meat and potatoes of the game to highlight this 99% pay to play feature. The game is already a grind, the fact that you made it an even worse grind now and are blasting it in our faces is a very odd choice to make for a big anniversary update.

If coliseum was an amazing, fun, and engaging game mode, then by all means, keep it front and center. But it is none of those things. So please, at least give users the option to make the ui change, if they want to. Because this forcing of players to make extra clicks to interact with the actual game is bad ui design and makes it even more of a chore to play a game that’s already filled with chores.
