He needs 450 actually. 9 complete. Incredible amount of gear. I saved for 4-6 weeks prior to unlocking him to take him straight to 11 upon activation. If I hadnt gotten lucky with 2 fulls from raid drops, you couldve added 2 weeks to that time count.
But yes, hes worth it - Yep, stun guns is my weak point, I have just 62, suppose that I'll buy one from shipments, been saving a lot for him, getting my unlock in about 15-16 days
- fleet shipments help a lot
