My guild has outgrown the Hoth Event. Everything gets 3 started, and some do not even get to participate.
I'm new to running events, and do not know how to disable/skip the event. I thought it would be like the raid where I could pick and choose.
How do we schedule something else to run in is place?
It'll show up 3 days before, usually after the first TW of TW week ends, IIRC. A message will show up in the chat saying something like, "Your guild is now cleared for Territory Battles." Then you can select the one you want from the guild events tab.
My guild. I'm the leader. Someone else was running the events.
I'll watch TBs and schedule appropriately

That’s up to the officers or leader of the guild, if you aren’t already. A few days before, you can find the upcoming TBs in the events tab and choose which one you want to do.
If you are neither, talk to somebody who is. If your guild doesn’t want to move on, you may have outgrown them. Best of luck!
