How are we supposed to trust anything about new GLs?

This actually only shows that half of the people have GLR and other GLKylo. I really doubt they all have both...
Not to mention that these screenshots are meaningless anecdotes. On launch, Rey had a significant population advantage in the arena meta top 1, top10, and top 100. Now Kylo has the advantage in all 3 and the gap is slowly widening as more and more people unlock him while very few are investing in Rey... because she's trash compared to him now.

And most of the people who complain actually enjoy parts of the game - and simultaneously see how it could be much better than it is. But I realize that kind of nuanced and balanced point doesn't make for interesting forum posts - so by all means, keep pummeling straw men.

Since you asked, here's some constructrive criticism.
The Resistance synergy with GLRey needs a significant buff. It is absolute garbage compared to Kylo's First Order synergy.
Rey needs to make her entire team immune to critical hits when they have Bonus Protection and when her ultimate ability is active. This would still be weaker than Kylo's critical hit immunity with advantage nonsense, but it would at least be vaguely comparable.
Rey needs to gain Ultimate Charge while her ultimate is active like Kylo does.
