How do Datacrons work?

Hi everyone, I need some help with math and game mechanics explanation. Tomorrow or the day after, I'll get Malgus to R7, and I want to double-check if I’ve understood everything correctly. With all the mods, at R7 he’ll have just over 139k HP—let’s round it to 140k. From all his passives, he gets +160% to max HP at the start of the battle, plus another +30% from Darth Talon. That means he’ll have roughly 406k HP at the start of the battle. And as I was told before, datacrons boost stats after all abilities and passives are applied. So with my datacron (enduring power, +101% HP), Malgus will end up with over 800k HP, and Malak with over 600k?
