How do you deal with an extremely uncooperative shard member?

kind of missing the point here.... yes you contacted him and he said no to following the rules made by the group. Then you organize a group attack on him, because he doesn't follow your rules. Sounds like some kind of orginazation (uhum huhm maffia, sorry cough)

There are a number of suggestions made that are good, attack 7 min to time and so on, but surely mass attacking him to get him out sound like bullying him. It sucks that one guy ruins your fun, but he's not doing anything that the game isn't telling him to do, and yes TOS actually has something to say about agreements to target one person. Now its not a really big deal but know if he decides to contact cg or EA about feeling bullied ingame because of how he plays, this post kinda backs up his point

Straight from the ToS list of prohibited conduct:

"Use the Services in any manner which could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Services or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Services;"

"Defame, harass, abuse, threaten or defraud users of the Services, or collect, or attempt to collect, personal information about users or third parties without their consent;"

Creating a group of people that dictate how people get to play in a competitive ladder, regardless if that dictation is universally benevolent, violates the first clause.

Going to another platform and constantly whining to someone in their DMs is harassment. Had you not blocked out their name it would've also been defamation and a borderline threat.

I get you aren't getting the response you wanted, but you ought to consider why that might be.
