Bad PR.

When your only content creators are all upset or memeing on the era system now and supporting not spending on era characters in the future anymore is just bad for business. How has EA not noticed and pulled the management from CG yet and replaced them. they do not make nearly as much off of in game as Valve does but is far more predatory.
