mind you a mafia implies exclusivity, we don't really do that, we contact everyone in the shard to join and see when each other's payouts are ,that's about it . We don't intentionately block anybody , we only do it so we avoid hitting each other when going up , not to block other people that don't want to join or something like that.

Straight from the ToS list of prohibited conduct:
"Use the Services in any manner which could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Services or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Services;"
"Defame, harass, abuse, threaten or defraud users of the Services, or collect, or attempt to collect, personal information about users or third parties without their consent;"
Creating a group of people that dictate how people get to play in a competitive ladder, regardless if that dictation is universally benevolent, violates the first clause.
Going to another platform and constantly whining to someone in their DMs is harassment. Had you not blocked out their name it would've also been defamation and a borderline threat.
I get you aren't getting the response you wanted, but you ought to consider why that might be.
