Not much you can do other than get a bunch of people to beat him down as low as possible so he can lose out on crystals. You guys can see when his payout is, so make an effort to bash him right around his payout time so he gets knocked down as far as possible and keep doing it every day until he learns and gets on the same page as everyone.
