How do you deal with an extremely uncooperative shard member?

This is how you deal with him and it's how we dealt with a similar person. You get the entire shard Discord team  to act as one and burn every last one of his attacks every day you can. Many players don't know this but there is a limit to the number of attacks per day per player. If I remember right it's like 30. 

Our guy told us "the shard is mine" before we started doing this. Within days he was begging to join.
