How do you find chat for fleet arena?

So I've been advised to get in touch with my shard mates before I "make permanent enemies"... I've looked and either there is no chat for my shard, or I just can't find it. These are the current to...

I found mine by searching for the names of guys in my shard but I lucked out and one of the guys used his in game name as his forum name which made it pretty easy just remember you will have to try several names as not all of the top 20 /50 will be in the chat
