How do you find chat for fleet arena?

What do you mean kyno? I replied to the OP who said he got the reccomendation to talk to his shard make or else he would risk making enemies. Had nothing to do with making enemies by talking to someone. @Blizzisme ok i understand the point, seems like a lot of work to me but i have never been that high in ranking myself.
