How do you restart this game?

Delete saved data from Saved Games
On your mobile device, open Settings Settings.
Tap Google.
Tap Connected Apps.
Select the game which you would like to clear your saved data from.
Tap Disconnect.
You may want to select the option to delete your game data activities on Google.
Tap Disconnect.

I have already tried that and couldn't get it to work, wating on a reply from EA to see if they can reset it from there side.
