How does one get a vault pop up during this promotional period

Question

I’ve held off on purchasing crystals for a few days, waiting for this bonus period. I’ve been in the game way more today than normal. No vault popup. What do we have to do to trigger it? Usually I get 3-4 a day without this promotion. Can you give us a response to this?

I thought I started this post in the right place...

I did see and purchase the Boba pack, so I assume the promotion is “working,” but there is clearly a low frequency.

Do we just keep clicking around for an hour, cuz I tried that.
