First GW fight, so no persistent tm yet... Same fight both times, but I had to change leader to get a different RNG string. This is first turn after JE does recalibrate:

As you can see, two different outcomes. My HK and 86 tie, then the preselected RNG number decides who goes first. If it were based on speed for ties, my 86 could never go before my HK.
