How exactly do you get Zeta materials?

I see everyone saying, " The counter to blah blah is to zeta Maul" or "omg Barriss Zeta is so OP" and it seems like everyone has zeta'd characters. I must be missing something because last time I chec...

You just got to farm what you think is most important. For me, it was zetas

I guess that's what got me. I have really wanted Rex for a long time. So I had to go for him lol
