So the chance of vader landing on a non jedi target is 0.80 (80% chance to apply) x 0.85 (potency/tenacity check). Thats assume the attack isnt evaded completely.

Jedi are different again. The effect cant be evaded or resisted but im not clear whether the 80% chance still applies on jedi. The description isnt clear.

There are 2 checks for a skill like this, assuming you hit the target. (jedi can't evade.)

First check 80% chance to have the effect happen. With jedi this is still here.

Second potency/tenacity check. This will always pass if against a jedi. (Jedi can't be resisted)
